Come love the White Dove
Hospice of the Valley was founded in 1977 by a group of like-minded volunteers who wanted to serve the community. Today, our volunteer corps is 1,600 strong across the agency.
If you like people and enjoy working with a fun-loving team, consider volunteering at one of our four White Dove Thrift Shoppes — whether it’s interacting with customers, sorting and selling donated items, or building creative displays. Funds raised from donated items help support our charity care to patients and families without insurance or financial means.
After an orientation, new volunteers can choose their preferred White Dove location. We offer flexibility with volunteer shift schedules.
